The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of town. We were just a few minutes away from the old town and all its charms. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and attended to our needs. They were always ready to offer assistance and the service was top-notch. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the old towns from our window, and the street was pleasantly quiet without any traffic noise. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast! It was simply delicious, with a good range of options to choose from. All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely return.
Everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

The breakfast was good value for money, and we really appreciated having a car park available. the location was convenient, as we were close to both a grocery store and a variety of restaurants.
Cleanliness was a major issue during our stay. One of our rooms had old jewelry and dust accumulation behind the door, while the toilet in the other room had a noticeable urine smell.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and surrounded by great restaurants and a grocery store. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, escorting us to our room and being available for any questions we had. the room was spacious and spotless, with a modern and luxurious bathroom. We also appreciated the small fridge in the room that allowed us to store snacks and drinks.
The lack of variety on the TV channels. It was disappointing that only a few Czech channels were available and they were constantly looping the same programs.
